2. Advance Fees
Many services are initiated only after advance payment. The advance amount confirms resource allocation and work scheduling.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Full refund may be considered only if cancellation is requested before any professional work has started.
- Partial refund may be considered where limited work has been completed, after deducting service and processing charges.
- No refund will be applicable once filing/submission/compliance work is completed or officially submitted.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Delay or rejection from government portals/authorities.
- Incorrect or incomplete client-provided documents/data.
- Change of mind after substantial service execution has started.
- Delay caused by lack of response from the client within required timelines.
5. Cancellation by Client
To request cancellation, contact us with your name, phone number, service details, and reason for cancellation. Requests are reviewed case-by-case based on the stage of service execution.
6. Cancellation by Gupta Associate
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service request in cases of fraudulent information, non-cooperation, legal restrictions, or misuse. In such situations, eligible refund (if any) will be decided after work-stage assessment.
7. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
